Welcome to Serenity Boutique

My name is Susan Furr and I am the proud owner of Serenity Boutique Gifts, Clothing & More. I live in a small town, Mt. Pleasant, NC. I am married to Bryant Furr, have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. One of my most precious gifts is my mother, Judy Joyner — "Nanny".

My story is that I love my family, my church, my animals, and life overall. My greatest love is my Lord Jesus Christ. He is the reason I am who I am today. He has allowed me to grow in more ways than I ever imagined. Jesus reminds me every day of why I love to be around others and share His love and word.

He planted a seed within me and has tested my faith along the way. He waited a while for me to water and nurture that seed. By remaining in His faith, the seed has now bloomed — and the center of my bloom is "SERENITY".

The word means inner peace and tranquility that is rooted in faith and trust in God. It is characterized by a calmness of spirit, even amidst life's challenges and uncertainties. My life is based on this and the love I have for Him.

If you enter my store and hear a voice singing, just know it's probably me. I love to worship at work, in my car, and especially with my worship team at church. Feel free to sing and worship with me!
